Riccardo Tesi (fantastic Italian accordion player) has a new CD out on Cinq Planetes available from Felmay in Italy. Its called Accordeon Diatonique and is just solo melodeon. Only one track has an overdub and the sleeve notes tell you what box he's playing on each track including a couple of a humble 8 bass D G !Simon

Yup, just listening to it (again again!) after my copy came today via French outlet FNAC (www.fnac.com).  As a FRENCH import, I had a lot of, er, fun tracking this down at reasonable cost in the UK. In the end not too dear at 23 EUR (15 + 8 shipping) - worth every centime - but now I see it cheaper at 20 EUR  (17 + 3) via www.amazon.fr RECOMMENDED
