Does anyone have advice on how to replace reeds? ie What type of wax, The best method, The tools needed. Perhaps a book or web page showing how its done.

There are a couple of strings in this technical section about waxing reeds, have a look back down the list. ( You might have to go back a page or two). I think there's a link there for where to get ready mixed wax by mail order.
