Hi kids,
Although I joined this esteemed group of boxers a couple years ago, I've been a lurker in the shadows--seeking info as I can find it , and not choosing to sully the e-waves with my ignorance. But here goes:
A friend of mine bought a couple of monster piano accordions, and I tried one out, and was briefly intrigued, in spite of my attempts to change bellow directions when playing different notes. Old habits die hard. I thought about said monsters, did a bunch too much research, and finally decided they are not for me. I play some anglo concertina, and harmonica, fiddle, bouzouki, mando family stuff, banjos, etc. at no time am I adept with piano style keyboards. After more research, and fear of buying from internet auctions, I sought, and found a reasonably priced, used Pokerwork from a reputable dealer (if that isn't an oxymoron ;-}).
Here's the question: I seem to have found two model numbers for the Pokerwork, 2815 and 2915. They both seem to be identical in every way. Is this a typo on the part of the sellers, or what? It's perplexing. The model number isn't listed on the unit I'm buying, but I am curious. Thanks for any input you can give me.
Jim
